Yes. Many of our buyers start abroad. We run live video viewings, and you can complete through a power of attorney, then fly in when you're ready.
Will buying property get me a UAE visa?
Owning property worth AED 2M or more can qualify you for the 10-year Golden Visa. We'll check your eligibility and connect you with the right people to apply.
What costs should I budget beyond the price?
Mainly the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, the agency fee, registration charges, and mortgage costs if you finance. Every shortlist shows these line by line.

Ready homes let you move in or rent straight away. Off-plan can mean better prices and payment plans. We'll show you both side by side for your budget.
What's the minimum budget you work with?
